Returns and Refund Policy

We do our best to ensure all our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with Sirson Sports.
Sirson Sports offers a purely bespoke offering which is tailor made to each specific order.
As a result, we are unable to offer any returns, exchanges or refunds for any of our orders.
But from time to time you may need to return an item. For this purpose simply e-mail us (sales@sirsonsports.co.uk) quoting your Order Number and the reason for you request and we will process the request within 48 hours.
With the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange or accept the return of garments with any form of embellishment (e.g. printing or embroidery).

We may allow the exchange of teamwear items at our discretion but will NOT
OFFER REFUNDS under any circumstances.
Your purchase of our goods/service is unique to you and as such holds no resalable value to us which renders it unsuitable for refund or exchange.

Once you have cancelled your contract, please pack the relevant item securely. Remember to enclose your Returns Form and send the item(s) back to us as soon as possible.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. Unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty, then it is our duty.
All orders are paid for up front however you have the chance to make alterations and approve specifications before it goes into production.
Upon signing off the specifications of your bespoke order, you enter into the contact stipulated by our Terms & Conditions and at that point the order becomes non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned unless it delivered to you faulty.
